At Printees Lab, each product is custom-made just for you! We take great care in printing your designs with precision and quality. Since we work with personalized products, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order enters the printing or processing stage, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via Instagram DM or email at printeeslab@gmail.com with your order details.

πŸ“¦ Return & Refund Policy

Since all items are custom printed, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Design not liked after printing

However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

βœ… Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Received a wrong item
  • Received a damaged product
  • Defective print or stitching
  • Major size mismatch from what was ordered

πŸ’Έ Refund Processing

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • For replacements, the new item will be dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Slight color differences or print alignment shifts may happen due to the custom printing process β€” these are not considered defects.
  • For sizing, please refer to our Size Chart before ordering.
